Food and Beverage Manager needed in a Spectacular Hotel . Lovely quality property with a award winning restaurants and wedding venue requires a Restaurant Manager to join their team. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, and boasts an equally attractive interior.
The ideal candidate for the position of Food and Beverage will come from a 2 rosette accredited property and have Restaurant and conferencing management experience.
You MUST have experience of working and managing within 2 Rosette 4/5 star hotels + to be considered for this post
As Food and Beverage Manager , you will be required to take on Duty Manager shifts, run the restaurant ,private dining rooms and many weddings /functions in this popular hotel.

Reporting to the Director the Food and Beverage Manager will also be required to ensure standards are kept very high, whilst pushing the whole hotel business further and ensuring the very high reputation is maintained and you make a name for yourself !
The Food and Beverage Manager MUST have a very stable CV with good references available
It is essential for the Food and Beverage Manager to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail and quality.
The Food and Beverage Manager also be hard working, professional, hands –on and the ability to lead a small team and have a infectious personality !
Accommodation is available or hotel is commutable from South Yorkshire /Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire areas
