This highly impressive hotel is set in picturesque Northamptonshire countryside and is an excellent central location in the UK.
The hotel has prides itself on serving the highest standard of food possible.
Currently looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor with experience within a similar role to join their team and assist them in achieving their goals.
As Bar Supervisor you will be required to:
*Manage the large staffing force across the 3 bars.
*To undertake all back of house duties, hitting sales, GP’s, ordering
*Training Bar and Lounge staff to the highest standards ensuring up selling and service of the highest quality
* Leading your team by example and maintaining 5* Standards
*Ensuring guest satisfaction
For this role you MUST have bar supervisory experience or be a very accomplished Bar person within a quality 4/5*Hotel
It is essential you are punctual and well presented enthusiastic, good leadership and eager to learn. This Bar Supervisor role is also a very hand’s on, customer focussed role!
Benefits include a competitive salary of up to £18,000 + bonus potential , meals on duty, uniform and training and an excellent chance to progress in a quality hotel.
Live in is also available although your own transport is advisable due to hotel location.
