This enthralling 4* hotel set in beautiful town of York is looking for an experienced reception supervisor to join the friendly and professional team.

This hotel has a unique and attractive boutique style interior with over 40 bedrooms, a quality restaurant and benefits from being in a central location and has a very busy trade, both with rooms and F and B sales.

It is essential that the Reservations Supervisor has previous reception and reservation experience of more than 6 months at a supervisor level in a quality 4 or 5 * environment, preferably within a boutique style, awarded winning property.

Normal working hours of Monday to Friday days shifts ,with the occasional night/weekend work needed !

The ideal candidate for this York Reservations Supervisor position must have excellent computer, telephone, general communication and customer service skills and like working with the public and be well presented. The successful Reservations Supervisor will work closely with the Head Receptionist and on occasions work on the front desk

The Reservations Supervisor candidate will work as part of a friendly, experienced and professional team of 5 and used to maximising sales through Yield management, networking events and sales work
