This well known high quality gastro in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Jnr Sous/chef de partie to join this successful brigade of 4.
This Junior Sous/Chef de Partie position will suit an experienced chef de partie who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This North Yorkshire gastro is rapidly building an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.
The establishment uses all local north Yorkshire suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a black board menu that is changed daily depending on availability and seasonality.
Junior Sous/Chef de Partie skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food
Rosette standard desired not essential
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
