This large, high starred property within South Yorkshire boasting an impressive facilities are looking for a Head Receptionist to join and lead the team.
You will have excellent organisational and Man-management skills. You will have front of house experience with a high level of Customer Service skills.
Your role will require you to run all aspects of the busy reception desk in this 100+ bed hotel
To be considered for this Head Receptionist position you MUST have previous reception experience (at least 1 year at supervisor level +) within a 3/4 star, 80+ bed property and have an excellent organisational and communication skills.
As Head Receptionist you will be required to help organise a small team of staff, so leadership experience is essential.
As Head Receptionist you will have excellent presentation skills, be aware of budgets and age debtors and have full knowledge of the needs of all departments within the hotel.
