Description: Sous Chef - West Yorkshire - £17,000-18,000 – 15 minutes from Leeds and Doncaster
Are you passionate about Food? Have you a real flair? Want to achieve high standards?
This highly accredited, 10+ bed hotel require a passionate Sous chef to join their brigade and become the kitchens number 2. You will also be able to run service as well as being hands on and running a section of the kitchen. You will have snr Chef de Partie/Sous chef experience within a busy banqueting establishment and come from a fresh food background.
This establishment in West Yorkshire are looking to gain rosettes this year. The establishment have extensive banqueting facilities so you must be able to work well under pressure.
Your role of Sous chef will include running services, ordering, rotas, maintaining standards and training and mentoring of all junior chefs . The kitchen creates all their dishes from high quality fresh produce.
The company are offering the successful Sous chef :
Salary of £17/18,000 +.
