This quality, independent, stylish very fast paced restaurant based in Sheffield is looking for a Restaurant General manager to run this high profile establishment .

You will be a strong, confident manager with high standards and must have a strong manager background in a very busy restaurants/brasserie (ideally with knowledge of working with Eastern food )

You must have experience of managing a busy restaurant and bar with high food sales and be used to managing a team in a busy energetic atmosphere.

This venue is very high profile and your service and customer skills must be of the highest quality and you must ensure your staffing team follow your lead at all times.

As the Restaurant General manager you must be a very strong manager who has experience of cashing up, Ordering , hitting budgets and has excellent marketing ideas to take this company forward.

You must be a very strong man manager whilst also being very hands on and the ‘face ‘ of this thriving business !
