This elegant, Fast paced hotel with a very high standard restaurant in a busy North Yorkshire City is looking for a Deputy /Assistant manager to join the GM and their team and help achieve further accolades and help the business to grow.
This hotel very well, known and does a very busy trade in the restaurants, bar and room sales.
You will aid the owner in the day to day running of the hotel, working in all areas and have a excellent knowledge in all operational sides of running a highly impressive property
For this role you will need to be experienced within front office (reservations, reservations etc) whilst also having good experience managing busy award winning restaurants and hotel bars. This position does include duty management shifts
You will be expected to drive the standards forward in order to meet and achieve the customer demands and expectations. You must be a very hands on manager who is willing to work in all areas of this quality property
The successful Deputy /Assistant manager MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A DEPUTY/ASSISTANT or experienced duty manager IN A BUSY 3/ 4 * HOTEL AND RESTAURANT AND BE VERY QUICK THINKING AND ON THE BALL!!!!
