Assistant Manager required for Gastro Pub in Sheffield

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy staff team in a independently owned gastro pub in South Yorkshire. After refurbishment this property is now able to facilitate a large amount of covers for both lunches and evening meals, serving a variety of freshly cooked high quality food.
As Assistant Manager you will be required to:
• Deputise the manager, covering their role in any absence
• Recruiting, training, developing and motivating staff
• Maintaining high standards
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Recommend complimenting real ales
This establishment is a food led operation with an excellent reputation for efficient, friendly and informed service.
All applicants MUST have at least 1 years experience within a quality Gastro pub or a popular fine dining fast paced restaurant as supervisor or above.
You must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and an interest in the Real Ale that is served with the bar.
