This well known rosette gastro in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to join this successful brigade of 5.
This Junior Sous Chef position will suit an experienced Chef de Partie or an existing junior Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This North Yorkshire, 1 rosette, gastro is rapidly building an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.
The establishment uses all local suppliers and fresh food and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a black board menu that is changed daily depending on availability and seasonality.
Skills required for Junior Sous Chef position:
Experience with working with all fresh food
Rosette standard desired not essential
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
