Sous Chef required in York. This quality York city Centre hotel has a fine dining 2 rosette restaurant and requires a passionate Sous Chef to join their brigade and help run the kitchen. The successful Sous chef will need to have experience at sous chef level, or possibly as a very strong senior chef de partie, within a similar multi-rosette establishment.

As Sous Chef you will also benefit from having fresh and creative ideas, flair and a passion for food. You must have knowledge and experience within all sections of the kitchen and of supervising and training staff and deputising in the head chefs absence.

This hotel boasts a excellent York city centre location, excellent rosette restaurant and also does a small banqueting operation. The hotel has a selection of restaurants to cater for everyone’s taste.
