A luxurious multi award winning, red star and multi rosette hotel is set in beautiful surroundings near Windermere, Cumbria requires a professional Junior Sous Chef. This is a highly prestigious quality establishment and is also looking to gain further accolades. The successful Junior Sous Chef will be working with all fresh, locally sourced award winning, rosette quality food. You will be required to work in a brigade of 8, led by a head chef with a Michelin star background. The successful junior Sous chef candidate will need to be an excellent all-rounder and will need to have experience on and be able to do all sections.
The successful Junior Sous Chef needs to have a 2 rosette background with a good attitude, passion to develop and enthusiasm for great food.
