An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sous chef to make their mark on a newly refurbished Harrogate Hotel.
This would be an excellent opportunity for a passionate Sous chef with experience in a similar establishment to become involved with. The 50 cover restaurant is producing food of a rosette standard under the guidance of a multi rosette head chef. They are looking to achieve a high standards and produce quality food in more of a brasserie style.
This is the ideal position for an enthusiastic jnr Sous who wants to develop and learn and enjoys cooking fresh, good quality food in a busy brasserie environment.
The company are offering the successful Sous Chef:
Salary of £19,000,
