–Up to £30k –Gloucestershire area
Exciting Opportunity for a Strong Food and Beverage Manager looking to shine in this incredible hotel
Our Client is a luxury multi award winning establishment based in the Gloucestershire area
The hotel is a popular wedding venue whilst also having extensive food and beverage and Leisure facilities. The property offers quality accommodation and excellent service.
They are looking for a quality candidate who is an existing , incredibly strong Food and Beverage Manager level who has impeccable customer service skills and the ability to lead a team to a 5* standard.
You will be very customer focused and hands on, leading your dedicated teams in Front of house and Food and Beverage with passion to achieve excellent service and standards.
As Food and Beverage Manager you will be heavily responsible for improving sales and ensuring financial targets are achieved. You must be knowledgeable and had experience of constructing and managing budgets, GP’s and financial forecasts.
You will have experience of managing within front of house and food and Beverage within high starred, rosette quality establishments.
Please note to be considered for this role, you MUST be at a and Beverage manager or above in a 4/5* /red star Hotel with multi rosette experience
You must have a stable Cv with excellent references available
A very good negotiable salary of up to £30,000 + more and a terrific opportunity awaits the successful candidate
