Description: Demi Chef de Partie - 4* hotel - Sheffield – up to £14,000 doe – Looking for rosettes ASAP
This large 4* hotel in South Yorkshire is looking for an experienced Commis/demi Chef de Partie to join this successful brigade. They are looking for a good all round demi chef de Partie preferably with volume experience and a good quality background.
The successful demi chef de Partie will also be able to assist in the running of a section and have a passion for quality food and presentation and standards driven, in order to drive the standards forward.
This quality 4* star hotel offers a 100 cover plus fine dine restaurant along with busy bar and room service menus. This hotel is very ambitious and is looking to push on gain rosettes asap so candidates with a rosette background will be favourable.
