Our client is an accredited gastro pub with an excellent reputation set in rural Derbyshire. 20 miles from Sheffield, 35 miles to Derby – looking for a multi rosette Sous chef.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Sous chef to come on board and join their award winning brigade of 5. You will be involved in all management aspects of running a busy kitchen.
Experience of functions will be a big advantage, as some banqueting work will be involved.
You will be a great all rounder but above all you must show a great attitude to your work and the desire to learn new skills. This is a very busy gastro catering up to 400 covers a day but not compromising on quality.
You should have preferably multi rosette experience but not essential. You must have worked in a busy kitchen environment – as a Sous chef or Jnr Sous chef
