Description: A country house hotel in East Midlands requires a Sous Chef –Up to £25k –Live in!
Sous Chef – Live in –Derbyshire - £25,000- multi rosette property
This beautiful privately owned country house hotel is looking for an experienced rosette standard Sous Chef to become an integral part of their brigade
. Our client is looking for a strong Sous Chef of rosette standard with flair, imagination and leadership skills. You will be a well organised individual with the right attitude to succeed. You will be a great all rounder capable of leading an award winning team.
All produce is sourced locally and only the highest standards are adhered to. You will be heavily involved with the development of junior chefs and will be expected to be responsible for running of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence and maintaining their high standards. You must have rosette experience and have a passion for food together with the right attitude in order to succeed. This will be very hands on Sous role, with minimal paper work required.
The successful Sous Chef candidate will be driven, passionate and dedicated.
