Excellent opportunity in a high quality red starred, 2 rosette hotel in beautiful grounds!

This Rosette accredited hotel and restaurant serves the highest standard of food and drink and is currently looking for a Chef de rang to join their team full time and assist them in maintaining top quality standards and providing delicious food and excellent customer service.

This Chef de rang position is with an independent hotel where they will support and encourage you to learn and develop.

The successful Chef de rang will have excellent communication and team working skills and a passion for customer service and the desire to work at the highest standards.
The Chef de rang needs to be punctual, well presented, enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude.

To be successful for this post you MUST have at least a years experience within a 2 rosette restaurant minimum quality hotel, ideally red star .

Benefits for this Chef de rang post include a competitive salary of £14,000 - £16,000 dependant on experience and meals on duty, uniform and training and a beautiful country hotel location.
