This stunning ,multi award winning Leicestershire country house hotel with beautiful has is currently looking for a waiter/commis de rang with drive and ambition with at least 1 years previous experience within a rosette awarded property.
This Leicestershire country house hotel has been awarded 4 red stars and has a very high quality fine dining 2 rosette restaurant.
The role of Chef De Rang/waiter consists of:
•Aiding the smooth running the private dining rosette standard restaurant
•Ensuring customer satisfaction
•Delivering excellent service
•Working closely with the restaurant manager for functions and weddings
•Ensuring your team of waiting staff are performing to required standards
All applicants for this chef de rang post must have previous rosette experience
The chef de rang must have a passion for food and wine and excellent customer service skills.
You must also be an experienced waiter and leader with good training skills, ideally having worked in a similar establishment as a Chef de Rang or head waiter.
You will be working with a team of 6 and this commis du rang position has an excellent opportunity for earning good tips and full training will be given.
Experienced and enthusiastic waiters may be considered. Cheap live in is available if needed
Ideally you will have your own transport due to the rural location.
