Description: Enthusiastic Chef de Partie needed for Leicestershire Country House Hotel – Live-in available £16-£18K!
This attractive property has a Brasserie and a restaurant, both of which have been accredited with 2AA Rosettes. They also cater frequently for weddings, conferences and banquets for over 100 seated guests.
This exciting opportunity is for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the hardworking and friendly brigade, with hopes to progress within the team.
As Chef de Partie, Rosette experience not essential, but you must have experience of working with fresh food!
The working pattern for the Chef de Partie position is straight shifts with approximately 40-50 hours per week; live-in available! £16-18K
The ideal Chef de Partie will be confident and experienced in working with high quality fresh food, friendly and driven.
