This 3 Star, property are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their dedicate brigade.
This idyllically situated Hotel provides high quality accommodation and produces a modern Mediterranean and English inspired menu. The hotel prides itself on high standards and presentation.
You will have a background of working within a similar establishment and have experience and knowledge of running all sections of the kitchen. This position would be suitable for a senior Chef de Partie to step up in their career or a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge.
