An opportunity has arisen for a candidate for a Sous chef with a volume background to join this multi award winning hotel nr York as Sous chef within the stylish property

This picturesque, high star rated establishment in the North Yorkshire countryside is looking for a candidate form a volume and fine dine background to assist in the running of this popular conference venue.
The ideal Sous chef will have at least a years experience as a Sous chef in a accredited restaurant or hotel
The Ideal Sous chef will have experience of managing a team of 10+ chefs and be able to lead by example in this hands on role
The ideal Sous chef will have exceptionally high standards and be used to being in a busy environment and a sound knowledge of produce and products
Live in is available for this position, however you must have your own transport
This is an excellent opportunity with a starting salary of up to £20,000+ great tips and would be a terrific career move for the right candidate
