Chef de Partie – Live in – Derbyshire - £16 - £18,000 doe
This beautiful privately owned country house hotel is looking for an experienced rosette standard Chef de Partie to become an integral part of their brigade. This hotel is one of the premier wedding venues in the area and caters up to 120 covers. The restaurant has 2 rosettes and caters for 80 covers. The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment programme in the past few years.
Our client is looking for a strong Chef de Partie of rosette standard with flair and Imagination. You will be a well organised individual with the right attitude to succeed. You will be a great all rounder capable of running a section
All produce is sourced locally and only the highest standards are adhered too.
