This Popular trendy eatery in Birmingham City is looking for a Head chef to run a busy fast paced kitchen.

This busy restaurant caters for up to 80/100 covers per evening. The establishment pride themselves on presentation and high quality service. Therefore it is essential the suitable candidate had a good eye for detail as well as been able to produce a high standard under pressure.

The restaurant offers good honest traditional pub food. The wine bar also offers a daily specials board.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to take responsibility within the kitchen to run and maintain standards and efficiency within the brigade. You will also be required to do menu writing.

This Head Chef position offers the suitable candidate:
Salary of £22,000+ neg
You must have good financial understanding of running a busy kitchen operation.

It is essential that all applicants are committed individuals who are standards driven and hard working. You will be an experienced Sous or Head chef to be considered for this role. As Head Chef you must possess excellent leadership and man management skills with good communication skills. It is necessary that applicants have a food hygiene certificate and a stable CV with excellent traceable references.
