Description: A country house hotel in Gloucestershire nr Moreton-in-marsh requires a Commis Chef – live in - £10-13,000 – Multi rosette venue along with busy Conference and banqueting
This beautiful country house hotel is looking for an experienced rosette standard Commis Chef to join the brigade. This hotel is one of the premier wedding venues in the area and caters up to 120 covers. The restaurant seat 70 covers along with offering a busy brasserie also. The hotel is very focused in using only locally grown produce and locally reared meat. Over a number of years they have built very strong relationships with their local farmers and wish this to continue.
Our client is looking for a Commis Chef of rosette standard with enthusiasm. This Job is a fantastic opportunity to get experience in catering, and will help you gain all the necessary background knowledge and skills that you will need to eventually progress within the industry.
All produce is sourced locally.
