Description: Pastry chef - 4* hotel – Leeds/Wetherby – up to £20,000 doe – Rosette Property- Live in available
This 4* hotel in North Leeds/Wetherby is looking for an experienced Pastry chef to join this successful brigade. They are looking for an experienced Rosette Pastry chef preferably with a fine dine and a good quality background.
The successful Pastry chef will be able to run a busy service in both the fine dine and the busy banqueting and have a passion for quality food and presentation and standards driven, in order to drive the standards forward.
This quality 4* star hotel offers a 80 cover plus fine dine restaurant along with busy banqueting that seats around 150 covers. This hotel is very ambitious and is looking to push on gain a 2nd rosette asap so candidates with a rosette background will be favourable.
