A luxurious multi award winning, hotel is set in beautiful surroundings near Windermere, Cumbria requires a friendly and professional receptionist. This is a highly prestigious establishment and is also looking to gain further accolades. The successful receptionist will be required to work with a friendly team and also be able to work independently. The Receptionist must be equally pleasant, polite and forthcoming and focused on customer service.
The ideal candidate for this Receptionist position must have good computer, telephone and general communication skills and like working with the public and be committed to making the guests feel special and providing excellent customer service. The ideal receptionist should be able to work well in a team and also be capable of working autonomously.
Full training will be given to ensure this Receptionist is fully prepared; therefore providing an excellent opportunity for a friendly and outgoing person who would be interested in a career within the Front Office. However, the ideal candidate MUST have previous reception experience, ideally in a 4* plus hotel.
This receptionist position in Cumbria offers the added benefit of £12k salary and FREE! Live-in! For the successful receptionist’s candidate in this beautiful area or a possible £14k if living out.
