This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has a great passion for the fine dining trade and would suit a college/university leaver wanting to learn and progress starting as part of their waiting on team.
This role is a progressive role, starting as a waiting staff team member however being taught and developing into a sommelier
You will need fine dining experience within an award winning restaurant and a great passion for wine- although full training will be given!
You are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn. You are also required to promote and maintain the reputation of the establishment by providing excellent customer care and service.
