Sous Chef – South Derbyshire - £19,000 – Chance to work in a country boutique hotel
This beautiful privately owned country house hotel is looking for an experienced 2 rosette standard Sous Chef to become an integral part of their brigade. This hotel is one of the premier wedding venues in the area and caters up to 120 covers. The restaurant has 2 rosettes and caters for 80 covers. The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment programme in the past few years.
Our client is looking for a strong sous chef of rosette standard with flair and Imagination. You will be a well organised individual with the right attitude to succeed. You will be a great all rounder capable of running a section in this small brigade. You will also have excellent man management skills.
As sous chef, you will run this busy kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, be responsible for ordering, training and have input on menus.
All produce is sourced locally and only the highest standards are adhered too.
