A Nottingham 4 * 2 rosette hotel seek a commis chef. The ideal commis chef will have preferably have previous rosette experience. This is not essential however experience in a fresh, quality food background is essential
A Commis chef is required for an attractive 4 star establishment in Nottingham. The Hotel has 2AA Rosettes awarded to their Contemporary Brasserie.
For the role of Commis chef you will be working within a mid size team focused to maintain the high quality of food. The ideal candidate for this Commis chef position will have rosette/fresh food background and volume experience. To be a successful candidate for the commis chef positions you will also benefit from having fresh ideas, flare and a passion for food. You must be a passionate individual who is willing to learn and grow as a commis chef.
