Description: Chef de Partie - Nottingham City Centre Hotel – 2 rosette experience needed - £16,500 + Tips
Chef de Partie is required for an attractive 4 star establishment in Nottingham. The Hotel has 2AA Rosettes awarded to their Contemporary Brasserie - the area in which the Chef de Partie will be working.
For the role of Chef de Partie, you will be working within a mid size team focused to maintain the high quality of food. The ideal candidate for this Chef de Partie position will have rosette standard and volume experience. To be a successful candidate for the Chef de Partie position you will also benefit from having fresh ideas, flare and a passion for food. As Chef de Partie you must have knowledge and experience within all sections of the kitchen as you will be expected to run a section with little supervision.
The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position will currently be working as a Chef de Partie within a similar standard of property or be a strong Demi-CDP.
