Description: Senior Sous Chef required 3 rosette – looking to gain Michelin star – North Yorkshire – Salary £22,000 - £27,000 DOE
This prestigious property is looking for a strong Sous Chef to join this award winning team. You work within the 3 rosette main kitchen. The main aim of the hotel is gain a Michelin star within 18 months. This hotel is certain in which direction it is heading for and is looking to take on top quality chefs in order to achieve their goal.
You will responsible for running of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence and maintaining their high standards. You must have rosette experience and have a passion for food together with the right attitude in order to succeed. This will be a very hands on role, with some paper work required. You will also be responsible for the training of all junior members of your brigade.
The successful candidate will be driven, passionate and dedicated.
