Description: A 4* hotel requires a Jnr Sous Chef– East Midlands – up to £19,000 doe – Multi Rosette
This beautiful privately owned hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous Chef to become an integral part of their brigade. This hotel is a premier wedding venue in the area and caters up to 120 covers. The restaurant caters for 80 covers, which holds 2 rosettes.
Our client is looking for a strong chef de partie/jnr sous chef of a high standard with flair and Imagination. You will be a well organised individual with the right attitude to succeed. You will be a great all rounder capable of running a section in this small brigade. You will also have excellent man management skills.
As jnr sous chef, you will run this busy kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, be responsible for ordering, training and have input on menus.
All produce is sourced locally and only the highest standards are adhered too.
