Description: Experienced Restaurant and Bar supervisor needed for very busy Hotel
Leicestershire– 16-18k –live in available
This award winning hotel is set in the gorgeous East Midlands Countryside
The hotel has received many accreditations in recent years and prides itself on serving the highest standard of food and so is currently looking for an Restaurant and Bar supervisor with a 3/4/5 star experience to join their team and assist them in achieving their goals.
As Restaurant and Bar supervisor you will be required to:
•Manage the staff and train them to very high standards.
•To run the busy high class restaurant daily serving breakfast , lunch and dinner daily to hotel and local clientele
•Ensuring guest satisfaction
Shifts may vary as this is a busy hotel throughout the day and evening, reporting to the Restaurant and House Manager.
It is essential you are punctual and well presented enthusiastic, good leadership and eager to learn.

All applicants must also have experience as a Restaurant and Bar supervisor in a quality establishment-
You also must have volume experience as this is a very busy operation
Ideally be from a 4 or 5 star hotel/restaurant background , preferably with rosette experience
You should also be hard working, professional, with a desire to progress in the industry and a passion for the highest standards. You must be customer focused and willing to go that extra mile.
