This large High accredited, award winning property within Harrogate e boasting beautiful scenic surroundings are looking for a Assistant Food and Beverage Manager looking for the next step up and join the team.

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you must have excellent organisational and Man-management skills.
You will have over 1-2 years manager /supervisor experience in Food and beverage /conference and banqueting within a 3/4 /5 star hotel with a high level of Customer Service skills.

An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is required for this large stunning hotel which has a wealth of facilities designed to make your stay that much more pleasurable. The surroundings are as appeasing as the interior, all adding to the overall charm of the property.

The role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager consists of ‘hands on’ running of the Restaurant ,lounge, bar and aiding conferencing overseeing their operations and ensuring the standards are kept high. Training, motivating and developing staff is another skill required of the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager as is assisting in product development

The role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager also includes taking a proactive sales approach to meet budgeted revenue targets and stock and finance control.

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will be required to attend Head of Department meetings, working 5 days in 7 as the business requires.

The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will come from a large 3/ 4/5 star hotel property and have Duty Managerial experience in a 100 + bed hotel

A starting salary of £18,000 + temp live in is on offer for the right candidate !
