Must Have solid 2 Rosette Background – Looking to gain 3 Rosettes
A luxurious multi award winning, hotel is set in beautiful surroundings near Grasmere, Cumbria requires a professional and rosette experienced Sous/ pastry Chef. This is a highly prestigious quality establishment and is also looking to gain further accolades. The successful Sous/ pastry Chef will be working with all fresh, locally sourced award winning, rosette quality food. You will be required to work in a small brigade and be prepared to help with all day to day duties including pot washing!
The successful Sous/ pastry Chef needs to have a 2 rosette background with a good attitude, expertise in pastry, passion to develop and enthusiasm for great food.
