Description: A rural country house hotel requires a CDP Pastry Chef – Must have rosette experience – Live in and a salary up to £16/17,000
This beautiful privately owned country house hotel is looking for an experienced rosette standard Pastry chef to become an integral part of their brigade. This hotel is one of the premier venues in the area and caters up to 130 covers. The restaurant has 2 rosettes and is looking to gain its 3rd and the restaurant caters for 60 covers. The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment programme in the past few years.
Our client is looking for a strong CDP Pastry Chef of rosette standard with flair and Imagination. You will be a well organised individual with the right attitude to succeed.
All produce is sourced locally and only the highest standards are adhered too.
Great opportunity for a chef de Partie Pastry chef to learn and develop skills whilst working amongst a team of award winning chefs.
