This quality, bustling Hotel -Spanish themed restaurant are looking for a very talented individual to take on the role of Restaurant Manager


As Restaurant Manager you will be required to oversee the day to day operation of this busy fresh food Spanish themed restaurant and also assist in the day to day management of the hotel

As Restaurant Manager you will need to have a lot of passion and flair to succeed in this role and have a very outgoing personality and be the face of this Spanish Themed restaurant!

This is a very guest focused environment with a friendly atmosphere.

As Restaurant Manager you will be expected to get involved and work alongside your staff whilst ensuring that everything runs smoothly and dealing with any problems that may occur.


You MUST have previous experience within a high volume, Spanish themed restaurant as either a very experienced assistant , supervisor or existing restaurant manager

You will be a natural leader and have lots of enthusiasm along with confidence, a strong customer focus and the desire to succeed.
