Restaurant Manager needed in a small rurally Spectacular Hotel . Lovely quality property with a award winning restaurant requires a Restaurant Manager to join their team. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, and boasts an equally attractive interior.
The ideal candidate for the position of Restaurant Manager will come from a 1 or 2 rosette accredited property and have Managerial experience.
Strong supervisors or Assistant Restaurant Managers will be considered.
You MUST have experience of working and managing within a fine dining /1 or 2 Rosette + accredited properties to be considered for this post
As Restaurant Manager, you will be required to take on Duty Manager shifts, run the restaurant and private dining rooms. The Restaurant Manager will also be required to ensure standards are kept very high, whilst pushing the restaurant further and ensuring the very high reputation is maintained and you make a name for yourself !
The Restaurant Manager MUST have a very stable CV with good references available
It is essential for the Restaurant Manger to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail and quality.
The Restaurant Manger should also be hard working, professional, hands –on and the ability to lead a team and have a infectious personality!
Accommodation is available or commutable from Sheffield or Chesterfield! - a great salary of up to £20,000 +Tips is available awaits the right candidate !
